About Me

Nice to meet you. I'm Livia.

Explorer by nature.
Strategist by training.
Curator by practice.

My work was born from years of searching for what's extraordinary in the world — and learning to recognize what truly deserves to be shared.

Now I use that repertoire to create paths, connections and experiences for other people and brands.

Livia Tognon

I turned curiosity into a profession.

I've always been driven by one question: what if there's a better way?

A better way to care for the body. To feel good. To travel. To live an experience. To understand your own health. To create environments that transform how someone feels.

That curiosity led me to study, travel, experiment and observe — first for myself. Then, as a profession.

Today, my work lives at the intersection of wellness, functional health, longevity, hospitality and experiences.

I
The Explorer

Before there was a job, there was an obsession with discovering.

I've traveled to more than 40 countries. Lived in different places. Worked at some of the world's largest hospitality and entertainment destinations. Studied international management, strategy, wellness and functional health.

But much of what I know was born outside a classroom.

It came from walking into clinics. Meeting doctors and practitioners. Getting tested. Trying technologies. Attending retreats. Living ceremonies. Visiting spas and hotels. Going to conferences. Talking with founders, therapists and specialists. Experimenting with protocols, practices and treatments — and paying close attention to what actually made a difference.

I explore to understand.
I experiment to discern.
And I share what's worth knowing.

II

The search started with me.

I've gotten lost in the excess of possibilities too.

I was the person who wanted to do everything.

I ran dozens of tests at once — blood, saliva, urine, stool. I even shipped my own blood to Russia looking for answers.

I had lots of data and little direction.

I learned, firsthand, that having access to more information doesn't mean knowing what to do with it.

The same happened with treatments, supplements, technologies, aesthetics, biohacking and so many other areas of wellness.

The more I explored, the more I realized that true luxury wasn't having access to everything. It was knowing how to choose.

True luxury isn't having access to everything. It's knowing how to choose.

Understanding what's really worth it. What makes sense now. What can wait. What fits your context. Who's actually good. And, above all, in what order things should happen.

That experience gave rise to an essential part of my work today: turning a universe of possibilities into clearer, more intentional paths.

III

Wellness, for me, was never a category. It's a way of seeing life.

I don't separate health from beauty. Beauty from longevity. Longevity from movement. Movement from food. Food from emotions. Emotions from spirituality. Or well-being from the places, people and experiences around us.

That's why my repertoire never fit into a single discipline either.

I might be studying functional medicine one day, discovering a new longevity technology the next, visiting a hotel, taking part in a ceremony, testing a recovery modality or observing why a certain experience makes someone feel extraordinarily good.

My work happens precisely in the connections between these worlds.

IV

From the world of business to the world of experiences.

My curiosity has always lived alongside strategy.

My education began in international management — an MSc in International Management from FGV EAESP and CEMS MIM — and continued through strategy, research and consulting across different organizations and projects.

At the same time, my path placed me inside some of the most experience-obsessed environments in the world.

I worked at Walt Disney World Resort and Universal Orlando Resort, where hospitality isn't just service: every detail shapes what a person feels, remembers and tells others afterward.

Later, that perspective met my training and work in wellness and functional health, along with producing retreats, ceremonies, workshops, events and immersive experiences.

What might look like a path made of different worlds became exactly my specialty: seeing what exists between them.

Strategy and sensitivity.
Science and experience.
Wellness and hospitality.
Research and intuition.
What's emerging and what's ancestral.

V

The world is my research field.

More than 40 countries — and I'm still searching.

I have an especially deep relationship with Brazil and Mexico, countries where I've lived, worked, produced experiences and explored different expressions of wellness.

But my research has never been limited to one geography.

I travel to discover places, people and ideas.

Hotels and spas. Clinics and longevity centers. Retreats and spiritual destinations. Gyms and movement concepts. New technologies. Ancestral practices. Restaurants. Hospitality experiences. Conferences and industry gatherings.

Because I believe some of the most interesting ideas emerge when we carry something learned in one world into another.

The world, for me, isn't just a place to visit.
It's a place to investigate.

And today?

I find, try, connect and curate possibilities.

For individuals, that can mean finding the test, practitioner, treatment, technology, retreat or experience that makes sense for that moment.

For groups, it can mean turning an intention into a carefully designed journey.

For brands, it means translating wellness, behavior, hospitality and emerging trends into experiences people actually want to live.

In all of them, the same logic applies:

There are too many possibilities in the world to simply choose more.
My work is to help find the right ones.
